Firmware Update Stuck
REceived the printer very fast, the product got paired with my iPhone, but the only issue was that it didn't download and install Firmware update whenever you click "Update firmware" button in the app. I tried to reset the printer, reboot the phone and even connect it to the different phone, same story all the time. Initiate the return.

Boxes already broken
Th product delivered with boxes already open and broken, it’s seems like somebody has returned it then they the stores sell it again. I’m happy enough it’s working just fine apart from the broken package that I received and i’m too lazy to arrange a refund etc.

Its broken and been used
I ordered it and received it on the same day, but it was sealed with regular adhesive tape, and the original one was open and the printer was scratched and not working. The peppers was already in.
